LUTHER BURBANK ON SONOMA COUNTRY,
THE REDWOOD EMPIRE
That’s how we feel living here. We are renowned not only for our amazing wines and legendary vineyards, but also a fabulous cuisine based on locally grown organic produce and sustainable farming practices.
It’s our natural beauty that is our calling card; from our mountains, redwood forests, rivers, valleys, and meadows, to all 55 miles of our Pacific Ocean coastline. Sonoma County’s casual lifestyle and natural beauty offers something for everyone.
The Ross Ridge Guesthouse and Vineyard is a 120 year old farmhouse that was built on land owned by the Ross family since 1857. Originally the Ross ranch consisted of 600 acres. In the early 1900’s this portion was split between family members, and the original red farmhouse and water tower was built. Ron is the 6th generation of the Ross family, through his mother’s side, to have the good fortune to steward this rich land, and family heritage. We invite you to experience the beauty of Sonoma County’s wine country from this iconic spot in the Russian River Appellation!
